Terms of Service

These terms govern your trial, purchase and use of the TradeService field service application supplied by Digital AP Business.

1. License

A license grants one business a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the application on the domain shown in the license key. The annual license remains active until its displayed expiration date.

2. Trial

The free trial lasts 14 days and is limited to one trial per business email and installation domain. Trial data remains on your hosting after expiration, but continued access requires a paid key.

3. Payment and renewal

The annual price is $200 CAD before applicable taxes. Orders paid by e-transfer are activated after payment is manually confirmed. Renewal is not automatic; a new annual key is issued after the next payment.

4. Hosting and backups

You are responsible for compatible PHP/MySQL hosting, HTTPS, domain configuration, email delivery, database security and backups. TradeService does not host or automatically back up your customer records.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, publish, sublicense, remove the license validation, distribute the source code, share a key between businesses or attempt to generate unauthorized keys.

6. Updates and support

An active annual license includes available updates and reasonable email support. Custom development, data recovery, third-party hosting problems and on-site support are not included unless agreed separately.

7. Refunds

Use the free trial to confirm compatibility before purchasing. If a verified technical problem prevents installation and support cannot resolve it, contact us promptly. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

8. Warranty and liability

The software is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for lost profits, lost data, missed appointments, tax filings or indirect damages. You remain responsible for reviewing invoices, taxes and business records.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
